Training & Placement Cell

CDS College of Engineering started in 2025. Campus recruitment statistics are reported on this page in line with AICTE and DTE norms as our batches progress through the programme.

The college is run by S.S.B.S.S (Sarwadnya Shaikshanik Bahuuddeshiya Sevabhavi Sanstha), Aurangabad — a trust active in education since 1999. That experience shapes our work on industry outreach, internships, aptitude training, and recruiter relations.

The Training & Placement (T&P) Cell works from the second year on communication, aptitude, technical revision, resume preparation, and internship coordination. Guest lectures and industry visits are arranged when schedules permit.

Student preparation by year

• Years 1–2: Spoken English, logical aptitude, and basic resume format.
• Years 2–3: Branch-related technical tests, summer internship applications, and project documentation.
• Years 3–4: Mock interviews, group discussions, and campus drive coordination for eligible students.

Internships

The T&P Cell helps students apply for internships with IT firms, manufacturing companies, and engineering service organisations in Maharashtra and beyond. Internship records are kept for placement files and final-year project planning.

Placement policy

Placement statistics and recruiter outcomes are recorded here following each campus recruitment season.

Students must meet academic eligibility (minimum CGPA, no active backlogs, satisfactory discipline record) to participate in campus drives, as per the T&P policy issued at the start of the final year.
