CDS College of Engineering organised a Grand Blood Donation Camp on the college campus in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, reinforcing our commitment to community health and social responsibility. The drive was conducted in collaboration with Adarsh Blood Bank (Seven Hills, Jalna Road) and was open to first-year B.E. students as well as teaching and administrative staff.

Participation & Purpose
A large number of students and staff volunteered to donate blood, helping patients in urgent need across the region. The camp was part of the college’s broader effort to encourage ethical citizenship alongside technical education — aligning with NSS-oriented community service values as programmes are formally registered with the university.
College Leadership
The initiative was supported by Trustee Mr. Ashish C. Singh, Managing Director Mrs. Deepali Kumbhar, and Principal Dr. Sachindra C. Singh, who appreciated the enthusiasm shown by donors and coordinating faculty.
Medical & Coordination Team
The Adarsh Blood Bank team included Dr. Iliyas Patel, Dr. Taslim Qazi, PRO Ram Dongre, Sheikh Shafiq, and Sayyed Muqtadir. On campus, the programme was coordinated by First Year Head of Department Mohammad Naveed, with valuable support from Prof. Madhuri Dange, Atharva Suryavanshi, and Krishnaji Biradar.
