CDS College of Engineering operates under the governance of S.S.B.S.S (Sarwadnya Shaikshanik Bahuuddeshiya Sevabhavi Sanstha), Aurangabad. The organizational chart below shows the reporting structure from the trust board through the Principal to academic departments and administrative units.
